A painting made for a very personal gift
In the autumn of 2026, someone came across one of my paintings on Vinted and asked if I could create a similar work as a gift.
The idea was personal: the person receiving the gift had a surname connected to pears and loved collecting things with pears on them.
We agreed on a 30 × 30 cm canvas. I arranged the pears, glassware and other elements, shared a glimpse of the setup, and then began painting.
The final painting became a little more colourful than the original, while keeping its quiet still-life character.
This is the feedback I got:
“Negin made a painting to my wishes! Very happy with it, and it was made and shipped quickly.”
I was happy to know that this little painting had found its way to someone for whom pears already carried a special meaning.
